At Shearwater Research, we stand behind our dive computers and accessories with a commitment to quality and safety. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact; securely pack the items and include the printed RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package to our authorized service center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
